value, service life, workload and net residual value rate of fixed
assets;
Preparing the documents on asset increase, decrease,
depreciation apportionment in batch and automatically carrying them
forward to the general ledger;
Accounting books are managed in four ways: accounting book,
depreciation statement, statistical forms and analysis sheet;
By entering relevant records on modification form” to adjust
the results, the system can adjust many kinds of status such as
change in original value, department transfer, change in use
status, service life, depreciation method, net residual value
(rate), workload, accumulated depreciation and category. It
provides various modification forms for withdrawal, return of
impairment and so on.
